ZFS pools surveillance using Nagios and NRPE

Just short post: I have found this useful and almost out-of-box working HOWTO. Thanks.

(One small issue was that path to zpool binary on FreeBSD is /sbin/zpool, not /usr/sbin/zpool. Trivial change.)
